An owner who underestimated how demanding hosting is — and an apartment that needed to run like a small hotel. The design brief was operational as much as aesthetic.

Hotel-grade linens, hard-wearing surfaces, and storage planned around cleaning turnarounds. Forest green panels and oak shelving give the space its calm, grown-up character. It photographs like a boutique stay and survives like a workhorse.
